We are looking for a Supplier Management Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Mahanoy City, PA.

Your responsibilities:


  • Full responsibility for the commercial support of a defined group of suppliers
  • Complete commercial processing from order creation to invoicing
  • Communication interface between internal departments, customers, shipping companies, and suppliers
  • Monitoring of timely completion of orders
  • Support in sales activities during the bidding and negotiation phases
  • Creation and monitoring of delivery notes
  • Handling of complaints in collaboration with other departments
  • Maintenance of customer master data in internal systems

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
  • Ideally three years of professional experience
  • Strong customer orientation and service mindset
  • Confident and communicative demeanor
  • Assertiveness
  • Teamwork skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of English is desirable
