Your contribution:


  • User support for current digital products (prismaAPP, prismaCLOUD) as well as future extensions
  • Problem analysis and solution finding in collaboration with the development team
  • Market support during the introduction phase of new products
  • Maintenance and updating of the knowledge base/FAQ
  • Management of our products in the app stores (comments/feedback/questions)

What you bring with you:


  • Successfully completed training in a commercial or technical profession
  • Experience in software support as well as product and software testing
  • High service orientation, combined with strong analytical skills and enjoyment of working in a team
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Very good German and English language skills (at least B2 level)
