Your responsibilities:


  • Motivating, instructing, and monitoring employees
  • Organizing internal logistics in multiple production halls
  • Communicating with superiors at the location
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, as well as maintaining cleanliness and order

Your profile:


  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Previous leadership experience is an advantage
  • Ability to assert yourself and handle stress
  • Ideally, you have some experience in logistics
  • Basic knowledge of German to communicate with our production planners
  • Wellorganized and a team player
