- Project inventories based on member nominations at third party terminals and purchase the appropriate volume to support the business
- Perform process analysis and improvements, including automation of processes through spreadsheet manipulation or programming.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 software to handle sales orders, purchase orders, contracts, and customer file maintenance.
- Manage new customer and vendor setup process for third party terminals.
- Understand and analyze market data to validate prices for third party terminal invoices.
- Track and maintain a profit and loss statement for third party terminals
- Prepare pricing analysis and market rack price and index price comparison; understanding pricing relationships across the CountryMark system and competitive areas.
- Coordinate weekly Supply department meetings that includes compiling inventory, pricing, and volume information for PowerPoint presentations.
- Point of contact between third party terminals and customers.
- Maintain diligent tracking and support of RINS process.
- Assure supply of ethanol and biodiesel at all terminals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, with emphasis on lookup and data manipulation formulas, pivot tables, and chart creation.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work remotely for various tasks.
- Ability to manage time sensitive, high stress scenarios.
- Ability to handle multiple orders in progress at the same time.
- Detail Oriented
- Basic knowledge of transport and pipeline logistics.
- Provide backup support for Supply & Marketing team members.
- Must be able to accommodate travel (5%) and extended hours as needed; provide on-call support for after-business hours.

Position Summary:
Responsible for managing inventories, nominations, and commercial relationships at several third party terminals where CountryMark throughputs gasoline and diesel. The role will support both cooperative member and non-member business with terminal setups, allocations, and business development. Daily terminal (rack) pricing duties will be a shared responsibility.
The role will also manage the inventories, purchasing, and commercial relationships for ethanol and biodiesel supply at CountryMark terminals along with RINS tracking and receiving.
Supporting Traders within the Supply Group will be another key responsibility for the Supply Coordinator.Primary Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to the following):

Bachelor level degree in business or related field is required. 2+ years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
