- Sales planning and program development.
- In partnership with the Regional Vice President and other sales executives, develop and conduct assigned distributor team plans, periodic team reviews, market surveys, competitive pricing surveys, and general sales meetings with distributor partners.
- Provide Regional Vice President and other sales executives with market intelligence and recommendations for effective planning or programming.
- Collaborate in managing merchandising plan and execution. Placement and installation of POS materials in retail accounts.
- Communicate all necessary information and brand education on NEFT Vodka programs, strategies, and standards to distributor sales team to achieve depletion and distribution goals.
- Establish sales presence in the market and conduct regular distributor market work-withs to ensure that NEFT Vodka brand priorities and initiatives are maintained.
- Implement sales performance measures and targets with our distributor while assisting in achieving goals.
- Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, individual stores, and buyers.
- Leverage relationships to explore business opportunities and conduct surveys at retail.
- Work with, coach, and educate distributor sales members on NEFT Vodka brand priorities and execution standards.
- Provide product education sessions to retailers, and on-premise accounts.
- Partner with Marketing to understand brand health and needs.
- Provide feedback to Regional Vice President and other sales executives: opportunities, changes, distributor issues, and competitive activity.
- Work with Regional Vice President and other sales executives to develop action plans for business opportunities using strategic insights.
- Conduct post-promotional analysis in conjunction with Regional Vice President and other sales executives.
- Conduct and report weekly progress checks of distributor performance for your assigned area.
- Basic financial skills to monitor monthly A/R statements and to develop cost/benefit strategies.
- Work with Sales executive team and senior management to develop pricing structures and pricing strategies.
- Must have a valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation, and the ability to travel as needed.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to drive cross department collaboration.
- Program and budget development, implementation, management, and strategic decision-making experience.
- Demonstrated ability in customer management within specific territory.
- Excellent communication skills with strong public speaking presence and ability to persuade and influence.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills, with CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred.
- Experience working in the spirits industry.
- Wine and Spirits Certification.

NEFT Vodka is a spirits import and distribution company headquartered in El Segundo, California with offices throughout the US.With the continued expansion of our business, we have an exciting, remote opportunity located in Atlanta, Georgia for a Market Manager with responsibility for the planning, communication, and execution of NEFT Vodka's on and off-premise objectives with our distributor partners and the trade in an assigned territory.
The Market Manager will ensure we are achieving business, growth, and awareness goals through regular interaction, account calls, training, and education.
