Job Description:


  • Development of a supply chain strategy for service spare parts
  • Management and optimization of all spare parts inventory and forecasts
  • Interface management in the supply chain
  • Managing turnover frequency
  • Negotiating specific agreements with suppliers, such as consignment warehouses for batteries
  • Global role: After implementation in Belecke, the insights SHOULD also be applied to the plant in Spain and internal customers in other countries.

Develop Competencies

  • Knowledge of the spare parts supply process in Belecke
  • Knowledge of specific requirements for service spare parts in general and for specific parts, such as options within material numbers, required wiring, etc.
  • Knowledge of the capabilities of our SAP in logistics processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP intercompany processes
  • Knowledge of the disposition and scheduling process in the supply chain in Belecke for external parts and manufacturing parts (mainly circuit boards)
  • Advanced Excel skills

Requirements:


  • Preferably completed training in logistics or supply chain or comparable experience.
  • Ideally, previous knowledge of a manufacturer of electronic products with at least 57 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Independent and strategic work with high selfmotivation
  • Strong ability to inspire colleagues at all levels of the company.
  • The ability to bring together a global business vision and strategic thinking, as well as previous experience in process standardization
  • Negotiable German, fluent English in spoken and written form
  • Proficiency in standard software MS
