We are looking for a:
Pedagogical Specialist (m/f/d)

SPA, Educator, Special Needs Educator (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification

Job Description:

Pedagogical work in a nursery group for 38.5 hours/week - part-time is also possible in consultation, taking into account operational needs.

Your qualifications:

Completed training as an SPA/Educator/Special Needs Educator or equivalent qualification, or recognition as a special needs pedagogical specialist
Basic knowledge of developmental psychology
Willingness to engage constructively with new professional topics
Customeroriented collaboration with parents
Willingness to work independently, as part of a team, and cooperatively
Good communication skills
Understanding of the educational mission and AWO children's rights
Flexible working hours within the opening hours
