Position:
Coordination in Outpatient Individual/Integration Assistance


This position is to be filled immediately on a part-time basis (32 hours/week or less upon request) and is permanent.

About us:


Sonne GmbH is a Berlin-wide youth welfare provider specializing exclusively in outpatient integration assistance for children and adolescents with physical and/or mental disabilities.

Our daily task is to mediate and provide long-term support for these children.

Well-trained specialists in individual case assistance are dedicated to their work in order to offer as many of these young people as possible appropriate, secure, and effective social participation.

Your profile:


  • Your enthusiasm for people, your pedagogical skills, and your clear communication style set you apart. Your strengths lie in empathetically engaging, motivating, and promoting (young) people.
  • You have professional experience in the coordination field or possess the necessary leadership skills. Ideally, you have a degree in special/rehabilitation pedagogy, social work, or related fields of study. Additional background in integration assistance would be advantageous.
  • You can apply your strategic, tactical, and operational thinking in the development and implementation of longterm plans
