Job Responsibilities

  • Independently manage four clinics in the Bavarian region, following a decentralized leadership approach
  • Control and optimize all structures and processes
  • Strategic and operational management of the company, as well as medical, economic, and structural development into a strong cluster network
  • Expand crosslocation networking with the goal of strengthening the cluster structure
  • Constructive and trusting collaboration with local colleagues and employees
  • Establish and maintain a local network

Qualifications

  • Several years of professional and leadership experience in clinic management
  • Successfully completed studies in business, law, or medicine is advantageous
  • High level of initiative and creativity, as well as the ability to successfully solve complex problems
  • Ability to convince both executives and employees both professionally and personally
  • Handson mentality, reliability, independence, service orientation, and willingness to develop and implement new ideas
  • Legally required proof of immunization against the SARS-CoV2 coronavirus and measles
