We are currently seeking a

Facility Manager / Home Manager (m/f/d)

for our two full-service nursing homes in Hettstedt, Haus Franz-Schubert-Straße with 61 beds and Haus Sebastian-Kneipp-Straße with 72 beds.

Your responsibilities
Personnel management and planning, as well as the economic management of both facilities
Management of occupancy
Organizational and conceptual development of the homes
Ensuring high quality care for residents
Close cooperation with internal and external service providers, as well as with funding agencies, authorities, and offices
Representation and networking for the facilities
Your profile
Completed three-year education in healthcare, social work, a commercial profession, or public administration, with at least two years of experience in a residential or similar facility, and additional qualification for facility management, or
Completed degree in healthcare, nursing, or social management, with at least one year of experience in a residential or similar facility
Conceptual and business thinking
Organizational skills
