Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator that will help with scheduling and ordering materials for the commercial projects that they have. This is a long term opportunity that offers plenty of room for growth and great benefits

    Day to Day Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM.

    Top Skills:

    1. 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft excel and have basic abilities to enter data, formulas and look up functions.
    2. 1+ years in a customer service role focused on communicating with customers, scheduling service and processing paperwork.
    3. 1+ years of experience working in a service industry and working with technicians in the field performing a service within the security and alarm industry.

    Position Summary:

    • Coordinate, prioritize, and schedule installations and service calls.

    • Use IBT to track all scheduled installations and work with technicians to coordinate schedules.

    • Use O2C Portal to manage customer contracts and associated paperwork.

    • Order materials and parts needed for projects.

    • Other duties as assigned, which may include but are not limited to:
    o Act as payroll liaison/Enter time tickets into OTM
    o Assist with Ops Support/Administrative duties including but not limited to ordering supplies, filing, backup when Lead Admin is out.
    o Handle incoming customer/associate relations calls.
    o Process accounts payable invoices
    o Process receivables (installation checks)

    Required Skills:

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks.

    • Strong communication and customer service skills.

    • Alarm/Logistics/Construction industry experience

    • Intermediate to Advance MS Excel knowledge

    • Familiar with project management principles
