    Description

    Job Title: Architectural Professionals (Project Manager and Project Lead)

    Experience Levels: 7-10 years (Project Lead), 10-15 years (Project Manager)

    Location: Hingham, MA and Boston, MA

    Salary Range:

    • Project Lead (7-10 years): $80,000 - $105,000
    • Project Manager years): $105,000 - $125,000

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead architectural projects, collaborating with clients, team members, contractors, and engineers.
    • Coordinate project activities, including design development, documentation, and construction administration.
    • Manage all aspects of architectural projects, ensuring quality assurance and quality control of drawings.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining positive and professional relationships.
    • Oversee project invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with team members, contractors, and engineers.
    • Manage project logistics, including site visits, deliveries, and coordination of resources.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve project issues and mitigate risks.
    • Participate in project meetings, providing updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
    • Contribute to the overall success and growth of the architectural firm through strategic planning and business development initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
    • 7-10 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination (Project Lead).
    • 10-15 years of experience in architectural project management (Project Manager).
    • Proficiency in REVIT
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on building positive relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards relevant to architectural practice.
    • Creative problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
    • Commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
