- Prepare for and conduct software demonstrations along with Sales team.
- Provide technical expertise by documenting processes and providing work flow analysis in manufacturing, distribution, and accounting.
- Consult with sales force to provide solutions to customer requirements.
- Act as a liaison with the Product Managers to discuss potential product development.
- Conduct customer and prospect webinars.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience of presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience
- Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales
- Experience in the building supply, manufacturing, distribution, or finance industry
- Documented experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations
- Successful candidates may have worked for companies such as: SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage,
- Netsuite or other ERP companies or Value Added Resellers (VARs).

The Solution Engineer provides the sales force (direct and channel) in-depth knowledge of the technical requirements and business use of our products in order to close ERP sales opportunities. This role focuses on our BisTrack product and experience is required.
