- Collaborate with the SDR and Marketing team to drive MQL's and SQL's to deals won
- Lead technical sales discussions, showcasing our solutions in variety of different use cases and guiding the prospective clients to the most suitable solution for their requirements
- Serve as the connection between sales, solutions architecture, Marketing, and Operations ensuring solutions meet client needs while being technically feasible throughout the sales cycle
- Provide technical support during the sales process for both net new and renewals including but not limited to supporting the design of estimations, SOW creation, and framework solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to secure long-term partnerships
- Respond to technical and functional elements of RFIs/RFPs
- Engage in client discussions and workshops to advocate for our service's value and benefits
- Manage and interpret customer requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives
- This is a quota-carrying position, you will be accountable for meeting quarterly sales targets through inbound and outbound leads
- Contribute to the organization's operational best practices
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, compliance, and developments
- Contributor will abide by Divelement's company policies and advise on areas for improvement to the People Operations team
