    Job Duties:

  • Immerse yourself into our cutting-edge product line and technology.
  • Collaborate with our incredible customers to deliver solutions that redefine the state of the art in frequency control and timing tech.
  • Master customer and military specifications, ensuring every detail is covered from performance requirements to testing.
  • Utilize your magic with cost and pricing studies, drawing from historical data and team input.
  • Craft compelling quoting packages, complete with detailed technical descriptions.
  • Manage customer inquiries in Salesforce, ensuring every interaction leads to a successful sale.
  • Hit the road to visit customer sites, understanding technical and program requirements while charming engineers and purchasers with your RF expertise.
  • Showcase our innovations at trade shows and demos, because who doesn't love a good tech show-and-tell?
  • Keep a close eye on project statuses and assist program management in keeping customers informed.
  • Contribute to technical papers that highlights our mind-blowing frequency control and timing technology. What We're Offering:
  • Competitive salary
  • Benefits: Coverage begins on the 1st of the month following your hire date.
  • Healthcare: We contribute over 75% towards benefits. For example, our Employee HSA $6350 PLAN could have as low as $54 bi-weekly contribution, depending on the plan.
  • 401K: Eligible for auto-enrollment.
  • Qualified matching contributions allowed, with a match formula of 100% of Elective Deferral Contributions not over 3% of pay, plus 50% of Elective Deferral Contributions over 3% but not over 5% of Pay.
  • Catch-up contributions matched. Immediate entry into the plan with a vesting schedule of 1 Year = 33%, 2 Years = 66%, 3 Years = 100%. Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, science, or mathematics (or equivalent technical experience).
  • Approximately 5 years of design and/or sales experience with a focus on RF and microwave. Military contract experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Must be a lawful permanent resident of the United States. Skills Needed:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a multitasking wizard.
  • Thrive in high-pressure situations and excel at prioritization.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong logical thinking skills.
