- Drive revenue growth by collaborating with global alliance partners (SI SO) utilizing various engagement models such as sell through, sell in, sell with, sell out, based on strategic and execution plans. Collaborate with theater leadership to establish a joint market development and sales strategy for specified markets.
- Accurately forecast and monitor partner opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners to facilitate significant deals with long-term revenue models. Develop growth plans with partners to foster extensive engagements.
- Generate market demand and conduct market development activities through collaborative partner offerings.
- Implement effective revenue reporting and cadence in coordination with business operations.
- Act as the key contact for all Alliance partner-related matters within the region.
- Understand the partner organization's structure, personnel, and procedures thoroughly.
- Promote partner competitiveness within the theater and establish robust customer engagement practices.
- Provide weekly and monthly forecasts.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners and country teams.
- Develop a governance model to maintain regular communication with partners.
