    Hybrid, 2 days in-office, 3 days WFH

    In search of a dynamic and personable Senior Commercial Litigation Associate, ideally with Hospitality / Employment Litigation experience, to join our high-performing legal team, with great potential to grow with the firm, and love what they do
    This position is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to handle intricate commercial litigation matters and work in a fast-paced, challenging, and fun work environment
    Bared in NY with 6+ years of commercial litigation experience and a desire to lead and grow with the firm

    Will work on the following, for example: commercial landlord tenant, partnership disputes, vendor agreements, breaches of operating agreements, fiduciary duties/shareholder disputes.

    Excellent legal research and writing skills, and loves working collaboratively and supporting clients in the hospitality field with many different aspects of their commercial litigation needs
