- Ensures a high level of service including timely resolution of applicable resident concerns, coordinates services and requests, and conducts inspections of physical assets\.
- Acquires and maintains necessary knowledge of state regulatory agency statutes and each client's community's documents, policies and procedures\.
- Participates in tracking and response to homeowner service request\.
- Maintains timely and positive communications with homeowners\.
- Performs daily residential property inspections for deed restriction violations\.
- Ability to adjust to changing circumstances\.
- Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment\.
- Participates in company culture to ensure daily positive interaction among members of the onsite team\.
