    Human Resources Manager - Chicago, United States - Talnt

    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
    • Maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
    • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts
    • Conduct regular check-ins with employees
    • Organize team-building activities and events
    • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
    • Monitor and manage employee performance and development programs

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
    • Experience in a startup environment
    • Advanced proficiency in HR software and tools
    • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
    • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
