Resourcing & Consulting Experience Manager
What You'll Do at BTS
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and work to improve data accuracy.
- Ensure our database of talent capabilities, interests, experience is maintained.
- Identify potential consultant project teams based on skills needed and availability.
- Make consultant scheduling decisions based on clear guidelines. And identify gaps in consultant schedules to ensure consultants are fully utilized.
- Engage with account managers to obtain the information necessary to select the right consultants for a team.
- Identify opportunities for consultant professional growth and development based on a clear roadmap.
- Identify projects that are utilizing more resources than planned and suggest adjustments.
Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assess current processes and workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Communication:
- Get to know our consulting team members, including their skills, interests, passions and experiences.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with our global teams to handle incoming requests for NAM
People Leadership:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Coordinator team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organization Development, Human Resources, or related field, is strongly preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
- Experience managing people
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using Salesforce CRM and Force ERP is preferred.
- Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Prior work in resourcing / professional development within a professional services firm is a must.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without authorization.
