    AVIAN's Panama City Beach team is seeking an awesome Administrative Assistant to support our team .The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.

    Responsibilities:

    Administrative assistant will coordinate and support services to organizations. These workers manage the services that allow organizations to operate efficiently, such as:

    • administration
    • conference planning
    • travel
    • information and data processing
    • shipping
    • materials scheduling and distribution
    • printing and reproduction
    • records management
    • telecommunications management
    • security

    They also implement procedures to improve productivity and customer service.

    Qualifications:
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
    • 2 years general experience in the field of management or operations
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
    • Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
