Team Assistant Marketing and Event (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Assuming office management for our marketing and event team and other administrative tasks
- Agreeing and coordinating appointments as well as organizing meetings and sessions, including preparation and follow-up
- Researching, tendering, and tracking framework contracts with service companies
- Creating presentations and decision templates as well as evaluating and consolidating survey results
- Preparing reports and statistics for budget monitoring and evaluating KPIs
- Researching and maintaining data as well as necessary information procurement
Your qualifications
- You have completed vocational training
