    Interface Engineering, an internationally recognized leader in high performance design, is seeking to add a Senior Plumbing Engineer / Designer to our San Francisco-based team.

    **The Job: As a Senior Plumbing Engineer / Designer, your responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):*
    • Plumbing system layout
    • Equipment selection
    • Pipe-sizing and calculations, specifications, and overall support to project managers.
    Job Requirements


    The successful candidate will have:

    • 10+ experience at a consulting engineering practice
    • Thorough IPC/UPC and IBC standards knowledge
    • Experience with hydronic calculations and pipe sizing
    • Strong plumbing system knowledge
    • Experience specifying commercially available equipment
    • Ability to mentor junior level staff
    • Fluency in AutoCAD and Revit

    Preferred qualifications for this role will include:

    • CPD Accreditation
    • LEED Accreditation and/or experience with sustainable project design
    • Experience with specialized gas
