    Job DescriptionJob Title: Marketing PMO ManagerJob ID: MB Location: San Mateo, CA (Remote)Overview:Our client has been in business since 2013 and they have always had their employees working remotely. One hundred percent of their clients come from referrals. Internal employees across 21 states recommend their services and their responsive team makes sure that every client feels heard and valued. Each employee works from 9 to 6 pm based on the time zone they live in. This allows everyone to be on the same page no matter where they are located. The culture of the company comes from an engaged team that is willing to adapt to change and they are looking for a Marketing PMO Manager to join them. Candidates must be willing to be adaptable - pivoting on new opportunities, follow instructions and improvise when something comes up that wasn't planned. What you will be doing:
    • As a Marketing PMO Manager, you will be given the responsibility of making some of our most recognizable, most challenging, and rewarding clients successful in their Marketing Automation and Digital Marketing efforts while leading a team of Project Managers.
    • You will be responsible for the successful launch, maintenance, and growth of our strategic projects.
    • You will proactively build relationships with our clients that will ensure customer satisfaction, project team satisfaction, retention, and growth.
    • You will be responsible for project and people management.
    What you must have:
    • 5-7 years of project management experience, ideally within the marketing automation field and/or in a marketing agency environment.
    • 2-3 years of people management experience.
    • Proficiency in one or more project management software(s).
