Job Description:
Implement Lean Manufacturing Systems and Standardized Work to achieve line balance to meet program KPI's, benchmark HPU, and Productivity Targets Develop plans, status, analyze, and provide countermeasures to Launch Timing Plan in sufficient detail to achieve IE/LMS deliverables (JPH, VA%, HPU, Overspeed% etc.) throughout the program Coordinate integration activities with engineering teams, suppliers, and in-plant IE team from initial concept through prototype development and into full production Lead 'Plan For Every Part' Workshops to define and align multi-functional teams in process, packaging, workstation design, material delivery, tooling, and layouts Learn and demonstrate solid understanding of IE Tools for operation analysis
Battery, Drive Unit or Fuel Cell high-volume manufacturing Supply Chain Systems (ASRS's, AGV, AGC, Dock-to-Line)
Castings systems and manufacturing methods Education:
