Training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d) at Ferndale

This dual training takes place within the company and at the vocational school. This means that the vocational school provides theoretical knowledge while practical knowledge is acquired within the company or at an inter-company training workshop. This training combines electronic power supply, automation technology, and control technology.


• IHK training


• Duration of training: 3.5 years


• Block lessons at the vocational school (to be announced)


• With appropriate academic qualifications, it is possible to shorten the training period

  • Basics of electrical engineering
  • Circuits of analog and digital technology
  • Testing, connecting, and adjusting components and devices
  • Assembling, wiring, and installing systems
  • Measuring and analyzing electrical quantities, functions, and systems

  • Evaluating the safety of electrical systems and equipment
