    Job Purpose

    The Senior Sales Support Representative will report to the Sales Support Manager working with the other Sales Support Representatives to support them in their role with knowledge expertise in the current Sales processes. They will play an important role in supporting the integrity of the team's work quality within the Salesforce system. The role demands strong time-management skills and a working experience in ongoing Sales processes and clear, concise communication. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate and coordinate effectively across team members to accomplish the accurate and timely delivery of Salesforce quotes in the queue as well as supporting their team members.


    Responsibilities

  • Supports the Sales Support team in Salesforce opportunity/quote casework.
  • Support the Sales Support team by guiding team members on questions and Sales processes.
  • Meet with and provide training for Sales Support Representatives who are onboarding or require additional guidance.
  • Supports the Sales Support team in the completion of various Sales project work (Salesforce administrative cleanup, opportunity revisions, etc.)

    Requirements

  • Professional, punctual, dependable, reliable, with a desire to learn
  • Experience in Sale's quoting – At least 2 years
  • Experience in Salesforce opportunity and quote creation – At least 3 years
  • Fluent with Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Microsoft excel (formatting, basic use of functions)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
  • Proficient at establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work in a positive and cooperative manner with fellow team members
    Preferred
  • Experience in Sale's quoting – At least 2 years
  • Experience in Salesforce opportunity and quote creation – At least 3 years

    The expected base salary range for this position is $51,000-$55,000, however the offered salary may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
