    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Estimator at LEMA Construction in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project plans, preparing accurate cost estimates, and providing detailed reports. They will collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure accurate estimates and timely project delivery. The Senior Estimator will also be involved in evaluating project risks and recommending cost-effective solutions.

    Qualifications

    • Strong background in construction estimating and project management
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting project plans and specifications
    • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
    • Experience in using estimating software and tools
    • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
    • Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus
