We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer – (MSP) to join our dynamic growing team. We provide IT services to small to medium size businesses in the Rockville area.
The Senior Support Engineer – (MSP) position is an opportunity to join a stable, fast-paced Managed and Cloud Services Provider that emphasize their employees ability to succeed both professionally and personally, as we continue to foster their technical skills.
This will be a 80% work from home, 20% client visits opportunity with a salary range of $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience.
The ideal Senior Support Engineer – (MSP) will be eager to join a growing MSP, knowledge hungry, team player that thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
The technologies that you will be responsible for include:workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software.
As the Senior Support Engineer – (MSP) you will demonstrate not only a proficiency with the technologies used in your environments, but also the capability to analyze and understand new technologies that clients were previously unfamiliar with.
Must have 3+ years of working for a Managed Service Provider to be considered for this opportunity.
Handle all manner of desktop and laptop computer support duties, including format, install, set up, upgrade, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Office 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
Experience with PowerShell
Active Directory including maintenance of accounts, groups, and policies
Assisting Sr. technicians with designing and implementing infrastructure
desktop technologies (Windows RDS, Citrix)
Google Workspace (Formerly G-Suite, Google Apps)
