What can you expect?

  • You will organize and lead your team of 10 in the field of demolition and land recycling
  • You will be responsible for achieving team goals
  • You will support market development and presentation of service portfolio to key accounts and new customers
  • You will develop the team in the areas of land development, innovative techniques, and digital work processes
  • You will be responsible for the personal and professional development of the team
  • You will support and develop our market activities

What should you bring?

  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the field of exploration, remediation, and land recycling
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in leading a team
  • You have a degree in natural, environmental, or engineering sciences
  • You have good knowledge of Geographic Information Systems, and ideally in the areas of VOB and HOAI
  • You have a sense for holistic customer consulting, for example through experience in account management
  • You work with a quality-conscious, technically-scientific approach
  • You have very good German and fluent English skills
