Description
OPS Consulting is seeking aMicroelectronics Engineer
to work in
Laurel, MD.
Job Description:
Applicant shall have expertise and/or experience in semiconductor fabrication, including process development in metal and dielectric deposition/etch, semiconductor failure analysis, semiconductor metrology, photolithography, water scale advanced packaging, CMP or semiconductor product development.
Expertise in microelectronics/semiconductor fabrication and advanced packaging: physical/chemical vapor deposition; dielectrics (including spin-on dielectrics), metals, superconducting materials, dry/wet etch processing, photolithography, failure analysis, semiconductor metrology, CMP, FEOL/BEOL, semiconductor product development, process control and sustainment.
Required Experience:
At least eight (8) years of related experience
Desired Experience :
A bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience in fabricating superconducting devices and advanced packaging.
Security Clearance :
A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.
