    Who We Are


    Serving as a part of the broader National Marketing Team, the Marketing & Analytics Targeting team is tasked with adding enterprise-wide value through consumer-first targeting and data-based insights and strategy.

    These functions enable increasingly personalized experiences for Hallmark's consumers, extended brand reach, and identification of new marketing opportunities.

    What Your Role Entails And How You'll Contribute


    We are looking for a curious, results-oriented Associate Marketing Manager to help lead consumer-first targeting and analysis of marketing communications to drive Hallmark sales.

    The Associate Marketing Manager provides targeting plan and enables activation across a variety of marketing channels, including SMS, Email, Direct Mail, and Digital.

    In this role, you will work closely with a number of business partners from across the organization including, Marketing Strategy (internal and via external agency) to provide strategy consulting, identify test opportunities and provide audience recommendations; Insights & Analytics, to translate strategic marketing needs into consumer analytical asks and maintain compliance with data privacy standards; Marketing Operations to ensure the right consumers receive the right message; and Loyalty to ensure our audience strategy aligns with overarching loyalty program goals.


    In this role, you will have 'full circle' collaboration opportunities: using consumer insights to align strategy, target campaigns, design and implement testing within/across campaigns, report on the impact of campaigns, and utilize insights to influence future campaigns.

    Basic Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of professional work experience
    At least 2 years of professional work experience in a marketing role or team
    Experience using Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
    Experience using a CRM tool (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Teradata CIM, etc.)

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in consumer segmentation/targeting using a CRM tool
    Digital Marketing experience
    Experience with Mobile Measurement Partner or CDP
    Experience with Data Visualization tool
    Ability to write or modify SQL to analyze consumer data
    Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage ambiguity, and adapt to change
    Able to work autonomously, exercising independent judgment and decision making with minimal supervision
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong organizational, planning and interpersonal skills Master's Degree or MBA
    Marketing Analytics or Segmentation experience
