    Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager: 

    • Conceptualize and execute pioneering marketing campaigns tailored to the target audience to surpass growth expectations.
    • Conduct thorough market research and brainstorm ideas to engage customers across all demographics.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales teams to maximize our marketing efforts and devise fresh strategies.
    • Participate in weekly training sessions to refine your skills in identifying new prospects and sales prospects.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all client accounts. 
    • Juggle multiple tasks including campaign management, designing outreach initiatives, and collaborating within a team setting. 
    • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with overall company objectives. 
     

    Requirements for the Marketing Manager Role: 

    • Minimum age of 18+
    • Although a Bachelor's degree is preferred, it is not mandatory.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment 
    • Demonstrate a creative mindset and willingness to share fresh ideas 
    • Proficient in problem-solving and consistently completing assigned tasks 
    • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers 
    • Outgoing personality to drive direct engagement with customers during campaigns and foster positive professional relationships
