    This is not a call center environment-in fact, it's far from it. We are looking for dedicated professionals who seek a career, not just a temporary job. We are currently restructuring this division, making this a fantastic opportunity to come in, learn, and lead.

    In this vital role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our customers across all touchpoints.

    By understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and continuously improving the customer journey, you will play a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Work closely with various departments and be a crucial contributor to our mission of delivering top-tier service to doctors and medical office personnel.

    A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have demonstrated stability and commitment in their previous $40,000 - $45,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.

    Provide detailed and accurate information to doctors and medical office personnel regarding their medical equipment.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
    Resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    Troubleshoot basic technical issues with medical equipment, always striving for first call resolution.
    Escalate complex problems to higher-level support if necessary, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.
    Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's medical equipment and its functionality.
    Stay updated on product features, updates, and new technologies to provide accurate and current information to customers.
    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring all details are logged and updated in the system.
    Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and follow-up actions for future reference and analysis.
    Identify areas for improvement in the customer experience and recommend actionable solutions to enhance service quality.
    Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs and expectations better.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support, sales, and product development, to ensure seamless service delivery.
    Assist in the development of customer support materials, such as FAQs, user guides, and troubleshooting tips.
