**US Retail Expansion Manager**

As a Retail Expansion Manager, you will lead our efforts to expand our products and brands in key multi-channel wholesale retailers and help drive growth in these channels. You will work cross-functionally to drive incremental topline and contribution margin growth as we expand rapidly into new channels. In this fast-paced and entrepreneurial role, you will make a substantial contribution to accelerate Razors sales growth and join a winning team that is building a next-generation consumer goods giant.
You build and own relationships with key retailers, including partners across a number of categories (e.g., mass, grocery, drug, toys)
You understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and help scale our assortment across retail partners
You develop overall retail channel strategies, including identifying assortment priorities by channel
You lead cross-functional efforts to launch new retail channels, including wholesale pricing, supply chain, and fulfillment strategies
You employ creative problem solving and drive toward clarity and structure as we navigate new ecommerce frontiers
You analyze business results in depth to identify opportunity and create plans (including key drivers and KPI targets) to accelerate growth
**Your profile**
You have 3-5+ years of relevant experience managing omnichannel sales at a wholesale brand or as a merchant at a leading retailer
You have a clear understanding of the US retail landscape and industry relationships to build upon
You have a bachelors (or masters) degree in a relevant field
You are passionate about retail, sales, brands, and rapid growth
You are a sharp analytical thinker with demonstrated ability to think through problems end-to-end
You possess solid project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and love a pro-active, hands-on approach
Fluency in English required, ability to speak German or other languages a plus but not required
