Eurofins Food, Feed & Water Testing Netherlands biedt in Nederland laboratoriumonderzoek, consultancy en inspectiediensten aan op het gebied van voeding, diervoeding en water en bestaat uit 10 locaties binnen Nederland, van Zeeland tot Friesland. Per locatie zijn er meerdere zelfstandig werkende Business Units met elk hun eigen diensten en omvang. Eurofins Food, Feed & Water Testing Netherlands maakt een sterke groei en ontwikkeling door, waarbij dynamiek en verandering volop aanwezig zijn.

Voor onze locatie in Heerenveen zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Customer Service Representative

**Functieomschrijving**

Je bent als Customer Service Representative als het ware de vertegenwoordiger van de klant binnen Eurofins. Je cordineert de uitvoering van klantopdrachten, onderhoud het klantcontact en waarborgt het eindresultaat. Je ontzorgt de klant waar mogelijk en denkt mee in oplossingen voor zowel de klant als interne processen binnen Eurofins.

Jouw taken en inzet hebben als resultaat dat lange termijn relaties met klanten opgebouwd worden en steeds meer vorm krijgen. Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor logistieke en administratieve vragen neem je de verantwoordelijkheid om deze zo snel en correct mogelijk af te handelen. Daarnaast beheer je het klachtenproces en zie jij klachten als een kans om processen te verbeteren en de klant te helpen, op zo'n manier dat hij met een tevreden gevoel de telefoon ophangt.

**Functie-eisen**

Onze ideale kandidaat beschikt over HBO denk- en werkniveau. Is part-time of full-time beschikbaar en spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Je denkt graag mee in verbeteringen, bent een doorpakker en hebt een dienstverlenend karakter waarbij je de klant centraal zet. Vanwege de administratie die volgt uit het contact met de klant is het ook belangrijk dat je accuraat kan werken. Het is een pre als je kennis van of ervaring in de voedselindustrie, microbiologie of chemie hebt maar geen vereiste.

Een mooi salaris afhankelijk van jouw ervaring van maximaal 2800,- bruto. Uiteraard horen er ook secundaire voorwaarden bij jouw pakket zoals onder andere een winstdeling, 25 vakantiedagen met de mogelijkheid om bij te kopen, een fietsplan, reiskostenvergoeding, 15 euro korting op een sportabbonement en een pensioenregeling die aan te passen is aan jouw persoonlijke situatie. Je werkt een gedeelte thuis dus we voorzien je van een laptop, telefoon en je ontvangt een thuiswerkvergoeding van 2 euro per dag.
