    Scope:


    Support the design, implementation and administration of team member compensation and benefits programs that align with our strategy and support the recruitment and retention of top performers.

    Primary Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


    Administer company benefit plans, to include team member communication, open enrollment, plan documentation, enrollments, audits, annual filings, billing reports and reconciliation.

    Develop and execute communication strategies to help team members understand their benefits options and be informed consumers of healthcare.
    Conduct biweekly and

    monthly sales incentive calculations, oversee governance between

    Sales/Operations/Finance/Talent

    Ops and partner with payroll team to execute payment.
    Conduct annual salaried increase and subjective incentive calculations, oversee governance between

    Operations/Finance/Talent

    Ops and partner with payroll team to execute payment.
    Manage variable compensation plans and track eligibility to ensure accurate forecasting and calculations.

    Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes and support in the creation and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive and compliant with federal and state laws.

    Analyze competitors' compensation and benefits data and trends, comparing our offerings and providing recommendations.
    Create and maintain pay grades, position classifications, variable compensation plans by role and region.
    Maintain effective vendor partnerships and serve as liaison for the organization.

    Qualifications:
    Multi-unit, multi-state experience at a HR Benefits and Compensation Administration level or above preferred.
    Sets high goals and continuously strives for excellence.
    Enjoys finding solutions to challenges including conflict and dispute resolution.
    Resourceful and analytical.
    Proficient in Excel.
    Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    Exude positivity, optimism and an upbeat attitude.
    Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
    Workday experience preferred.
