    Description


    A large retail company is looking for a Benefits/Leave Analyst to sit onsite 3 days a week in Irving, TX.

    Listed below are the tasks you will be completing.


    • Updating the current policies that are not currently documented
    • Assist in creating process flows
    • Help with quarterly leave exhaustion
    • Creating and sending a mail-merge of exhaustion letters to impacted team members.
    • Review relocation budgets for team members and ensure they are not overfunded

    Required Skills & Experience


    • 1-2 years of benefits experience
    • Experience with policy updates
    • Proficient within excel
    • Self starter and time management skills
    • Understanding of regulations and policies
    Nice to Have Skills & Experience


    • Workday experience (absence configuration)
    • Understanding of FMLA
    • Prior experience within the benefits within Canada

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.

    Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
