    Description
    Title - Salesforce Technical Lead

    Location - Raleigh, NC (hybrid remote with 3 days in office)

    Duration - 6 month contract-to-hire

    Pay Rate - $72/hr (conversion $125K with bonus)

    Responsibilities -
    • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations, to meet business requirements.
    • Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide recommendations for optimal solution architecture.
    • Define and document technical specifications, solution design documents, and data models.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

    • Collaborate with other developers to build maintainable, testable, and efficient systems
    • Continue to grow as a developer, staying well-informed about best practices and new functionality on the platform.
    • Actively participate in design and sprint planning sessions, offering relevant solutions and input.
    • Mentor junior software engineers and perform code reviews.
    Qualifications -
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Salesforce Developer
    • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
    • Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I Certifications
