    Job Description

    We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join us as a Branch Manager.

    The Branch Manager we are seeking should be dynamic, talented, and committed, with a wealth of experience, and will be located in the city or surrounding areas.

    Role Overview:

    • Analyze client operations, develop alternative staffing strategies, and communicate solutions tailored to their specific needs.
    • Manage the office location and all personnel, overseeing daily branch operations.
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities through effective relationship building and maintaining client trust.
    • Conduct sales and service calls to address client needs, drive sales, and foster growth.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
    • Collaborate with the recruitment team to train and develop new hires, emphasizing talent acquisition and retention.
    • Handle all marketing activities to boost sales, including travel and direct client engagement.

    Requirements and Skills:

    • Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
    • Prior experience in sales, particularly within the Staffing/Recruiting sector.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven track record in outside sales.
    • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.

    Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

    Performance-Based Compensation:

    • Compensation includes a base salary with a 1% commission on revenue.
