- Support Sales team, and build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support and service to customers.
- Demonstrate GouMax equipment at customer premises and trade shows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to optical products, both remotely and on-site as needed.
- Create technical documentation, application notes, and user guides to support customers in the effective use of optical products.
- Verify and test software and products before shipping to customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Optics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of products, optical principles and technologies, including test software.
- Hands-on experience with optical testing and characterization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Familiar with software coding by C++ and LabVIEW. Verilog is a plus.
