    Description
    Seeking experienced line/ prep/baker/pasta maker, wash dishes and help wherever needed.

    Day priority and some evening positions.
    Responsibilities:
    • Setting up and sanitizing workstations.
    • Measuring ingredients and seasonings and preparing cooking ingredients such as soup stock to be used in the cooking process.
    • Ensuring all food items are properly stored and easily accessible.
    • Distributing plates to wait for staff to be served, cleaning plates for dish washing, and preparing takeaway packages for customers.
    • opening and closing the kitchen.
    • Cooking food.
    • Monitoring prep work.
    • Ensuring impeccable presentation and garnishing.
    • Managing food provisions.
    • Ensuring quality of ingredients and correct food storage.
    • Using and cleaning kitchen equipment.

    Requirements:
    • Manual dexterity to operate cooking tools such as knives.
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
    • Physical endurance to work long shifts in a busy environment.
    • Ability to work in a stressful, fast-paced environment.
