Management (Sales): 

-Gave frequent reports to the company as to how the sales of the month progressed on a day-to-day basis.

-Watched over sales ambassador while taking note of previous transactions

-Collected total tally of sales for each shift at every location

-Recorded store numbers from every location 

-Kept track of all sales performed by ambassadors, adding it to the overall sales grid before reporting all information to the regional manager

Management (Restaurant):

-Maintained a clean working environment and engaged with customers in a friendly and engaging manner.

-Prepped the restaurant early in the morning, stocking all supplies

-Closed the establishment down, making sure that all equipment is washed by hand and properly put away.

-Recorded all till counts at the end of each night, handling the restaurant safely.
