- Lead the development and execution of marketing automation strategies for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion goals;
- Design and deploy targeted email marketing campaigns, lead scoring models, and automated workflows to boost customer engagement and retention;
- Establish a scalable lifecycle marketing framework focusing on personalized communication through various channels to enhance conversions, engagement, adoption, and loyalty;
- Safeguard marketing data accuracy and compliance with company privacy and data management policies;
- Optimize customer acquisition and retention campaigns in collaboration with the Operations team to enhance the end-to-end customer experience;
- Provide training and best practice guidance to the marketing team for successful delivery of email marketing campaigns;
- Analyze and assess the effectiveness of marketing automation efforts, leveraging data for strategic decision-making and continuous enhancements;
- Lead the implementation of marketing automation best practices like database health, lead list creation, programs, forms, and system assets for accurate reporting;
- Develop a testing framework to evaluate different strategies continuously;
- Perform system maintenance, configuration, and drive improvements while adhering to best practices.
- 5+ years of experience with Marketo, Hubspot, or Pardot;
- Successful track record in executing marketing campaigns, database management, Smart List development, campaign testing, launching, and scoring, as well as analytics reporting;
- Proven experience in marketing activities, list creation, landing page building, nurture track setup, and event promotion;
- Familiarity with HTML for cosmetic adjustments;
- Strong problem-solving skills, always seeking innovative ways to engage audiences and drive results;
- Background in marketing automation within a growing B2B Technology company;
- Excellent analytical abilities to derive actionable insights from complex data;
- Ability to make fast decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment;
- Detail-oriented, accustomed to working under tight deadlines;
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and project management skills with multitasking capabilities;
- Knowledge of GDPR, PECR, and other relevant privacy regulations.
