Here's what your day will look like:

  • Getting to know all departments in designated blocks, such as reception, accounting, human resources, sales & marketing, housekeeping, and restaurant
  • Weekly rotation between lectures in cooperation with IUBH and practical work in the hotel
  • Understanding and applying business processes in the hotel industry
  • Independent work after comprehensive training, including small project assignments
  • Assisting and advising our guests
  • Comprehensive insights into inventory management in our two hotels
  • Varied tasks in an international environment
  • Developing personal strengths and interests
