What You'll Do

  • As a test engineer, your main responsibility will be to independently conduct vehicle technical inspections, such as main inspections or vintage car approvals, for vehicles of all kinds.
  • During your training, you will accompany experienced colleagues both in the field and at our TÜV NORD stations to learn about the different areas of work and all of our service offerings.
  • You will also learn to focus on our customers, acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customer contacts.

What You Bring

  • You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering/vehicle technology or a comparable field.
  • You are an engineer at heart, but also enjoy hands-on work, and are actively seeking an engineering position with a high practical component.
  • Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship in the field of vehicle technology (e.g. automotive mechatronics or motorcycle mechanics).
  • You enjoy interacting with people and have a strong customer and service orientation.
