- Installing low voltage security systems in primarily commercial environments, construction environments and very small amount of residential environments
- Troubleshooting and testing networking issues
- Assist with programming various systems directed by the Company's Support Team
- Setup structures (i.e. ladders, racks)
- Terminating and installing end devices such as badge readers, mag locks, motion detectors, glass breaks, cameras, focusing camera lenses, big screen TVs, speakers, touchpads, etc.
- Pulling cables, wires and other necessary preparation work to complete jobs
- Adaptable and trainable on various security systems, manufacturer specs, etc.
- Document work orders according to the Company's Work Order policy and use QuickBooks Time App and check emails every day
- Honest and thorough documentation of all paperwork is a requirement while maintaining Company Confidentiality policies and standards
- Maintain positive attendance and must be reliable in accordance with jobs that are scheduled to be completed
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable and respectful customer service

- Must obtain and keep current Arizona Alarm Agent License and any required Licenses required by law, if not already holding this license, must actively work on obtaining within first 90-days of employment

- Professional in appearance and presentation, follow Company uniform policy at all times and lead by example, take pride to look professional and be professional
- Ability to be an effective team member possessing strong productivity skills
- May be required to work overtime without advance notice and must be able to work a flexible schedule

Not a number. Our offices are in Peoria, Arizona. We furnish and install high-quality low voltage security systems and audio-visual systems for commercial properties. We provide timely and efficient support while building long-lasting relationships. We integrate security systems for businesses as a one-stop source in the low voltage sector. We thrive in new construction buildings, as well as manufacturing, distribution, office and warehouse spaces, and other commercial property buildings. We have a niche in the luxury multi-family sector and multi-site businesses operating in Arizona and throughout the United States. We are focused on creating a better quality of life while making a positive impact on the communities we serve. Creating raving fans and culture with safety as our number one priority. We have been built on word-of-mouth and the relationships we form in business matter to us. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting customers by servicing, troubleshooting and installing Burglar Alarm, CCTV, Access Control Systems and Audio/Video Systems while meeting customer needs and expectations. Essential functions consist of the following but are not limited to:
· Self-motivated and represents a professional image that is approachable.
· Outgoing
· Willing to learn and grow with the company.
· Certifications with Manufacturers in the security industry is a plus.
· OSHA 10 Certification a plus
WORK HOURS:
· Full time position, hours vary depending on the scheduled work. Generally, Monday through Friday, some weekends may be required but not typical, no restrictions and flexibility to be scheduled to work.
PAY, BENEFITS & PERKS:
· Hourly position and rate are based on experience. Experienced level starting at $25.00 per hour – position maxes out at $32.00 per hour with qualified, high-level skills.
· Bi-weekly, direct deposit every other Friday.
· Health insurance, Dental, Life & AD&D, Voluntary Accidental Insurance with Employer Contributions.
Matching 401k plan – 100% match up to 4% to eligible full-time employees.
· 125 Health plan - adds more to your pocketbook.
· 40 hours paid vacation after one year of continuous employment.
80 hours paid vacation after three years of continuous employment.
· Six Paid Holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day)
· Arizona Sick Pay benefits (accrue 40 hours max of sick pay within 12-month period)

· Mileage reimbursement for use of personal vehicles if used for completing assigned work.

LOCATION:
· Shop is in Peoria with quick access to the 101, but ability to travel every day throughout the major Phoenix metropolitan area, with occasional traveling within other parts of Arizona and possibly out of state. We have active jobs all over the valley (North, West, South, East). Not scheduled in the shop every day but typically once a week for meetings and other tasks.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
· Valid Arizona Driver's License and Reliable Source of Transportation
· Pass a background check with the Company and with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration (full fingerprint/clearance check required for this trade)
· Pass a drug test
· Professional attire and follow company uniform policy
Ability to obtain Arizona Alarm Agent License within first 90-days of employment.
Follow all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements per assigned job location. Safety is the #1 priority
