    KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Coordinator, Office Experience Specialist to join our Administrative and Office Experience team.


    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in planning and fulfilling operational support requirements and contribute to the goals impacting the specific area(s) of functional responsibility
    • Coordinate with local and/or next level Office Experience leadership to support the local priorities, leverage resources and perform tasks; collaborate and engage with clients to further strengthen client relationships
    • Support the delegation of tasks, and guidance in executing work team goals and objectives; oversee the status, quality readiness of work products/projects and informs appropriate decision makers
    • Work with colleagues, both within and outside of Office Experience, to respond to customer needs, deliverables, and timelines; may participate in the development and implementation of local office initiatives such as space planning, living green, crisis management, and more; may provide peer guidance/training and/or collaborate with others on work activities
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities at the direction of the designated local/regional Office Experience leader

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum two years of recent office administration and/or combined applicable customer services experience; preferably within a professional services environment
    • High School diploma or equivalent degree from an accredited college or university required
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to interact with various levels of staff and work in a team environment
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Ability to lift up to thirty pounds
    • Flexibility to work overtime as needed

    Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.

    Depending on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year.

    Additionally, each year the firm publishes a calendar of holidays to be observed during the year and provides two firmwide breaks each year where employees will not be required to use Personal Time Off; one is at year end and the other is around the July 4th holiday.
