- Communicate efficiently with customers via phone, email, and text

- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role

- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Proficient in technology systems
- Bilingual Preferable (English and Spanish)
