    Description


    We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist/Office Assistant to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for scheduling Technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction post-job completion, and handling invoicing/payment collection. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining customer relationships while delivering excellent service. Demonstrating respect and courtesy is essential in line with our values. This position offers a competitive hourly rate, ranging between $15 to $20, dependent on experience.

    The ideal candidate should have a solid background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and customers. Self-motivation, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and strong time management skills are also key requirements.

    • Must possess good people skills
    • Must be a self-starter
    • Responsibilities include answering customer calls, scheduling tasks, and administrative duties

    A successful candidate should be able to pass a background check and drug test. Prior experience in call centers, dispatching, construction, and familiarity with ServiceTitan software are advantageous. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word will be beneficial.

    Compensation:
